About the Presenter
Erin Bradshaw has been with the Patient Advocate Foundation (PAF) since 1998, contributing across many areas including case management, patient education, and operations leadership. She spent several years as an operations executive before stepping into her current role as Executive Vice President for the Advancement of Patient Services and Navigation. Erin brings over 25 years of experience in patient support and program development, with recognized expertise in health insurance, disability, and financial navigation. She works closely with internal teams and external partners to help advance PAF’s mission of improving access to care.
