The Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) is in the process of collecting 2025 data to update the online ACHD Clinic Directory.
Welcome to the ACHA Clinic Directory update; we are now accepting data updates for 2025. The Clinic Directory is one of ACHA’s most visited pages on our website. In 2023, we added Satellite Clinics to the overall listings, which provided increased access for patients to see qualified ACHD team members.
To support the continued expansion, maintenance, and impact of this important resource, we will be implementing an annual participation fee of $500 for clinic directory listings.* The fee helps offset personnel costs associated with maintaining accurate clinic listings and responding to directory-related requests, from patients/family members as well as providers. This investment helps ensure the directory remains up-to-date, widely accessible, and effective in connecting patients to the specialized care they need while providing sustained, cost-effective visibility for participating programs.
We remain committed to providing meaningful value through this platform, including increased visibility for participating clinics, offering an opportunity to add introductory videos about your clinic and improved access for patients in need of specialized care.
All ACHD programs are invited to participate. Whether you are new to the Clinic Directory or you have entered data in Open Water (our web-based system) previously, you can create/update your listing in OpenWater. If you have previously completed the application, once the fee* has been paid, ACHA will reopen your previous application for updating. Please do not create a new application if you have previously submitted one.

*The fee is for non-accredited programs. This fee is included in the accreditation fee for programs who are currently accredited or have paid the fee and have a site visit scheduled.
