Employer Matching

Do you know that most employers offer a matching gift program for their employees?

Employer matching gifts are a great way for you to maximize your personal contributions to ACHA and increase the impact of your gift. By taking advantage of your employer’s matching gift program, you may be able to increase your gift by 50% percent or even double the amount of your contribution.

Don’t see your employer listed? Each employer has its own guidelines for its matching gift program, but most procedures are simple. Contact your employer’s community affairs office or personnel office to learn if they offer a matching gift program.

Most employers use an online software to implement their matching gift program. If this is the case for your employer, please follow the guidelines that your employer provides. Other employers require their employees to complete a matching gift form. If this is the case for your employer:

  1. Request a matching form from your company.
  2. Complete and submit the form along with your gift to ACHA: 280 North Providence Road, Suite 6, Media, PA 19063.
  3. ACHA will verify the completed form and submit it to the company.
  4. Your employer will process the matching gift form and issue a matching gift contribution to ACHA.
