PACE is a community of young adults between 18 and 25 with congenital heart disease. Participants are expected to be largely independent and able to communicate emotion and physical needs, manage their own medications, and complete their own application for programs

• They also have periodic group events and participate in the Camp del Corazon Family Festival 5K
