About
This overnight weekend getaway for teens and young adults, ages 13 to 20, who receive dialysis, have received an organ transplant, or have congenital or acquired heart defects. It is designed to bring teens and young adults together with their peers and mentors in a fun, relaxed atmosphere to enlighten, empower and motivate them, and it includes sessions that help teens learn about and prepare for the transition to adulthood.
