The Sacramento Regional ACHD Support Group is a gathering to support each another and share experiences. The support group is more than just a meeting—it is a place for connection, understanding, and engagement. This group is for adults age 18+ and is open to both Sutter Health and non-Sutter Health patients alike. Adults living with congenital heart disease and their support persons are welcome. Appetizers and beverages will be provided. An ACHA volunteer will be on hand to participate and connect you with our resources.
The power of a support group lies in its ability to bring together individuals who truly understand the unique challenges and triumphs of living with heart-related health conditions. In this safe and supportive environment, we can share our experiences, offer and receive guidance, and find strength in knowing that we are not alone.
