Jacksonville CHD Connections: Main Event

We are bringing the Jacksonville CHD community together on Thursday, October 8, for an evening of connection, stories, and support.

Whether you're a congenital heart disease (CHD) patient, a family member, a friend, or part of the medical team who cares for our community, this is your invitation to show up and be part of something bigger. You'll meet others who understand, connect with representatives from the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA), and walk away with new friendships and a stronger sense of community.

Oh, and there will be appetizers, too!
