6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Join this session of the Sacramento Regional ACHD Support Group, where attendees gather in person to offer support and share experiences.
Our session topic is navigating ACHD resources, and we’re pleased to welcome an ACHA Peer Mentor as our guest speaker to share their story and introduce us to ACHA’s information and support programs.
This meeting is open to adults with CHD, caregivers, and loved ones. You can expect engaging discussions, educational presentations, and opportunities to connect with others who understand our unique challenges. Together, we can foster a sense of belonging and provide invaluable support.
This gathering is more than just a meeting; it's a sanctuary for sharing, learning, and growing together. The power of a support group lies in its ability to connect us with others who truly understand the unique challenges and triumphs of living with heart-related health issues. In this safe and supportive environment, we can share our experiences, offer and receive advice, and find solace in the fact that we are not alone in our journey.
Light and heart-healthy snacks will be provided. We understand the importance of good nutrition and want to make sure our meetings are not just nurturing for the soul but also for the body. We look forward to seeing you there and embarking on this journey of support, learning, and togetherness.
