Children’s Hospital & Medical Center – Omaha is excited to announce their Adult Congenital Heart Disease Symposium. Join as a physician, physician assistant, nurse practitioner, nurse, patient, caregiver, family member, or supporter of CHD.
This is an in-person symposium with a virtual option available, and is currently pending for CME and CNE credits. Continental breakfast, lunch, snacks, and swag bags will be provided for in-person attendees.
The full-day symposium includes dual tracks in the afternoon to support healthcare professionals and patient-centered topics. Registration proceeds support the Adult Congenital Heart Association, and full agenda is forthcoming in August.
