The ACHA Wisconsin Regional Conference is a dynamic partnership between the Adult Congenital Heart Association and the Wisconsin Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program (WAtCH), Herma Heart Institute, Children’s Hospital of Wisconsin, Milwaukee. We invite patients, family members, friends and healthcare professionals to learn about specialized lifelong care for adults with congenital heart disease (ACHD) and to connect with the ACHD community. You will have the opportunity to listen and learn from experts in adult congenital heart disease.
Please join us on Saturday, November 2, 2019. Registration begins at 8:00 a.m. and the program is from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. Continental breakfast and lunch will be provided.
Pre-registration for patients, family members, and friends for this event is $25. If you register before October 28, 2019, you will receive a $5 discount to the conference. On-site registration is $50.

Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) Membership
By registering for this conference, you automatically become a free member of ACHA. As a member, you will receive e-mail and/or postal mail from ACHA and can take advantage of all the resources and services that we offer. We're so glad to welcome you to our community!
Photo Release
ACHA will take digital photographs and videos at this event, which may be used for ACHA publications, social media, media releases, brochures and on ACHA's website. ACHA does not intend to use these images in any matter other than for the purpose stated above. Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
ACHA recommends that all attendees be over the age of 18. Anyone between the ages of 13 and 18 must be accompanied by a parent. Children under the age of 13 will not be admitted.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

- Enter parking lots on either Watertown Plank Road (Purple B – North Entrance, Entrance for eastbound only) or E. Connell Court (Purple C – South Entrance).
- When you have entered the lot, ideal parking is by Purple A (note this is EXIT ONLY) as this is the closest entrance to the MCW main entrance.
- You can also use the structure located near Purple B – North Entrance.
- Entrance to the T. Michael Bolger Auditorium (Formerly the HRC) is located at Yellow 1A.

- Once parked, follow the green arrows for the pedestrian paths to enter.

Where can I stay if I am traveling from out of town?
ACHA has secured a discounted rate of $99 + tax at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee West, 10499 Innovation Drive, Wauwatosa, WI 53226. To make a reservation, click here. You will need to change the dates on the form. Reservations must be made by Friday, October 11, 2019. Please note that the Crowne Plaza offers free parking and free wi-fi.
The hotel also has a free shuttle that runs from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. within a 5 mile radius of the hotel. The shuttle will take you to the conference on Saturday morning and return you to the hotel afterwards. The morning shuttle will leave at 7:30 a.m. In the afternoon, it will leave the Medical College of Wisconsin at 4:40 pm. There is no charge for this. All other requests during your stay will be taken on a first come first serve basis.
