The Adult Congenital Heart Association, in partnership with University of California San Francisco, Stanford Health Care, Stanford Children’s Health, and Kaiser Permanente, is delighted to present an educational event about adult congenital heart disease. At the event, you will have the opportunity to get updated medical information, talk to other patients, and participate in a panel discussion with doctors who are leaders in the adult congenital heart disease field.
