This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients and families in the area! You'll also have the opportunity to meet Emily Earhart, ACHA's Southern California Community Development Coordinator.
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP before Friday, November 16 so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
