ACHD Meet and Greet: Portland, OR

Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on Saturday, April 28th from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.!

Jake's Grill is located at the Sentinel Hotel. The Dome Room has been reserved for the event.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area!

Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 25th so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
