Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on Tuesday, September 25th from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.!
This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area! You'll also have the opportunity to meet Trawana Porter, Community Development Coordinator for the Northern Mid-Atlantic Region, and ACHA Ambassadors!
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP before Friday, September 21st so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
