ACHD Meet and Greet: Chicago

Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on Friday, June 1st from 7:30 - 10:00 p.m.!

Dine is located in Crowne Plaza.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area!

Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP by Tuesday, May 29th so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
