Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on Thursday, June 28th from 6:30 - 9:00 p.m.!
This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area! You'll also have the opportunity to meet Nicole Fernandez, ACHA's Greater Boston Community Development Coordinator!
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP by Tuesday, June 26th so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
