CONGENITAL CROSSROADS
An Evening for The Adult Congenital Heart Community
Join us as the Adult Congenital Heart Defect Community from all over the NYC/Tri-State Area comes together for this very special evening. It promises to be a fun opportunity to meet and socialize, share stories and create a community. This is the place to connect with one another.
This gathering is open to the entire adult congenital heart defect community, including adults living with heart defects as well as significant others, parents, family members, or friends of people with heart defects. In addition, we are excited to welcome members of the New York-Area ACHD medical community, including ACHD Doctors, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses and ACHD Specialists, many of whom have already informed us that they are planning to attend -- this event will be a rare opportunity to mingle with the professionals providing care and trailblazing progress.
