Introducing ACHA's Incoming Ambassadors

Posted Tuesday, Oct 21, 2014

ACHA is pleased to announce and welcome our nine newest Heart to Heart Ambassadors!

Front Row: Karla D., Gina G.-R., Stephanie S., Cindy L., Helen F.-G., and Ambassador Program Consultant Tracy Livecchi, LCSW. Back Row: ACHA Volunteer Coordinator Lynn Cohen, Amy R., Leadership Legacy Ambassador Rick P., Chuck E., Zach M. and Rob T. Our new ambassadors represent California, Colorado, Georgia, New York, South Carolina, and Washington.

These future Ambassadors will help provide information and support to you, our members, beginning January 2015. Our newest Ambassadors went through an extensive application, interview and training process. Their personal experience as a patient or a family member gives them a unique perspective on many issues our members face. They are great examples of those living and thriving with CHD. We appreciate their dedication, insight and inspiration to those we serve. Our Ambassadors are the main character in the ACHA success story.

I invite you to get to know them, as well as all of our Ambassadors, by visiting our Meet Our Ambassadors webpage (new Ambassador bios will be added soon!). Remember, if you are going through a difficult time or just want to connect with someone who has had similar experiences in a positive, supportive way, simply fill out the application and get connected. You are not alone.
