About the speaker: Curt J. Daniels, MD, FACC, is an Associate Professor of Internal Medicine and Pediatrics in the Division of Cardiology at The Ohio State University and Division of Pediatric Cardiology at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and is board certified in both pediatric and internal medicine cardiology. He is the Director of the Columbus Ohio Adult Congenital Heart Disease and Pulmonary Hypertension Programs. He serves on the Adult Congenital/Pediatric Cardiology Council and the ACHD Working Group of the American College of Cardiology and is also the Chair of the Quality Metrics Working Group for ACHD. Dr. Daniels also serves on the Adult Congenital Heart Association Medical Advisory Board, Executive Committee, Professional Affairs Committee and Research Committee, as well as the Steering Committee for ACHA Vision 2020. This past year he was elected President of the International Society for ACHD and plans to develop Global Health Initiatives for ACHD.
