About the Presenters
Dr. Peter Ermis is an adult and pediatric cardiologist and serves as the Director for Adult Medical Services at Texas Children’s Hospital (TCH) and the associate program director for the Adult Congenital Heart Disease fellowship. He previously served as Medical Director for the ACHD Program and Program Director for the ACHD Fellowship. He is an Associate Professor in the Departments of Pediatrics, Medicine and OB-GYN at Baylor College of Medicine (BCM). He completed residency training in combined Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at BCM followed by completion of a combined adult and pediatric cardiology fellowship at the Texas Heart Institute and TCH. He joined TCH/BCM as faculty in 2014 serving within the Adult Congenital Heart Program. He is board certified in internal medicine, pediatrics, adult cardiovascular disease, pediatric cardiology and adult congenital heart disease.
