When we turned our calendars to a new year, many people set a New Year’s resolution to move more. As an adult with a congenital heart condition, you may have questions or concerns about how to get started, what’s safe, and whether you need to talk with your adult congenital heart disease (ACHD) doctor. Join us for our first webinar of the year to explore the benefits of physical activity and learn effective strategies for creating a personalized exercise plan. Find out what questions to ask of your ACHD team—and hear from others like you about how to kick your new year off right.
