During this empowering webinar, we will explore a holistic approach to your emotional health and offer practical tools to help you navigate the unique challenges of living with congenital heart disease (CHD). Our speaker, Tracy Livecchi, is a clinical social worker, psychotherapist, co-author of the book, Healing Hearts and Minds: A Holistic Approach to Coping Well with Congenital Heart Disease, and adult born with a congenital heart condition. Tracy will share her thoughts, based on both her lived experience as well as her professional training, to help you to live your best life. Resilience, post-traumatic growth, and the benefits of connection will be explored.

About the Presenter

Tracy Livecchi is a licensed clinical social worker and has been working as a psychotherapist in private practice since 1997. She has worked in a variety of settings as a private therapist, clinical director, and consultant for long-term care and hospital settings. Tracy, who received her graduate degree in social work from Rutgers University, has a diverse client background, with a special interest in working with individuals dealing with serious and chronic illnesses. She speaks publicly about the need for increased psychological support for individuals with congenital heart conditions, and improved access to mental health care for all. Since 2009, Tracy has been the Mental Health Consultant for the Adult Congenital Heart Association’s Peer Mentorship Program.
