Meet the presenter

Tracy Livecchi is a Clinical Social Worker working as a psychotherapist, and is the Mental Health Consultant for ACHA’s Peer Mentorship Program. Tracy is also co-author of the book, "Healing Hearts & Minds: A Holistic Approach to Coping Well with Congenital Heart Disease," which is available now. She feels fortunate to be able to combine her lived experience as someone with CHD with a meaningful profession that she loves. She is passionate about improving access to mental health care for all, with a special focus on individuals living with serious and chronic illnesses.
