Founded by a young man with an extremely rare heart condition, the mission of Students with Heart Foundation is to provide financial assistance to both undergraduate and graduate students who have heart disease and deformities. Scholarships are awarded per academic year.

Annual submissions are accepted between July 1 and October 1 and reviewed on a rolling basis. Applications are only accepted by Fax at (305) 397-1917.
