LifeLine Pilots is a non-profit organization whose mission is to coordinate free air transportation, through volunteer pilots, for passengers with medical and humanitarian needs far from home. Their pilots are FAA certified, have met the Lifeline Pilots volunteer pilot criteria and donate all of their flight expenses.

• Their service area is Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio, Tennessee, and Wisconsin.
