The Congenital Heart Initiative (CHI) is made up of patients, providers and researchers passionate about improving the lives of adults living with congenital heart defects through a patient-powered registry. Their mission is to use data-driven research to ensure #ACHD patients spend less time at the hospital and more time where their hearts are: at home.
