The CHD Coalition awards scholarships annually to eligible graduating high school seniors. Founded in 2007, the CHD Coalition is a nonprofit that works to improve the quality of life of children and adults living with CHD.
Helpful Tips
Must be a resident of NJ, CT or Metro NY and have either a congenital heart defect or acquired heart disease. The application deadline varies by year. Current information about the scholarship, the requirements and an application are online. The completed 2026 application is due by April 19th 2026.
