The Lurie Children’s - Northwestern Medicine Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) Program, a partnership between Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Northwestern Medicine, provides multidisciplinary care for adults with congenital heart disease. Patients benefit from advanced diagnostics, innovative treatments, and personalized support, including cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology studies and ablations, cardiac surgery, therapies for heart failure, heart transplant, as well as family planning management including contraception, genetic counseling, and pregnancy care.
Both Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago and Northwestern Medicine are consistently ranked among the top hospitals in the nation for cardiology and cardiac surgery by U.S. News & World Report.
