The Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program at Loma Linda University Health is a multidisciplinary program that is designed and focused on providing comprehensive care to high complex ACHD population in the inland Empire area. We work collaboratively with our pediatric cardiology team to ensure smooth transition of care for adolescents with CHD. The main goal of our program is to provide long-term coordinated care along with continuing education to our patients. The Program include a combination of outpatient and inpatient care and work closely with different sub-specialties to provide comprehensive multidisciplinary care to our patient, these include congenital cardiothoracic surgery, electrophysiology, interventional cardiology, cardiovascular imaging, Maternal Fetal Medicine for high-risk pregnancy, advanced heart failure, pulmonary hypertension team, and cardiovascular genetics. The program has obtained and maintained accreditation as a Comprehensive Care Center for ACHD patients ensuring high quality state of the art care to our ACHD population. At our program we offer comprehensive care to a variety of medical conditions including complex catheter based and surgical interventions, management of complex arrhythmia in ACHD patients, advanced imaging for complex ACHD conditions, connective tissue disorders, advanced heart failure including heart transplant, management of high-risk pregnancy with congenital heart disease, pulmonary hypertension in congenital heart disease, and cardiovascular genetics.
