Director's Description

The COACH Program is a multi-institutional based ACHD program serving the Midwest. It includes a comprehensive team with double-boarded and subspecialty trained ACHD physcians and specialized ACHD APNs and RNs. The COACH team is dedicated to state of the art patient care, on-going education for patients and medical professionals, and clinical research to improve the care of ACHD patients.
