Director's Description

The Alabama Adult Congenital Heart Program is the only ACHD program in the state. Located at UAB and Children's of Alabama, it provides comprehensive ACHD care, including advanced imaging, cardiac catheterization, ACHD surgery, management of arrhythmia, heart failure and pulmonary hypertension. We have 2 ACHD Outreach locations (one in Huntsville and the other in Montgomery), a unique Comprehensive Pregnancy and Heart Program, and an ACHD Telemedicine Clinic that allows patients in South Alabama to be seen more closer to their home.
