Order ACHA resources for your patients and caregivers
You can help raise awareness of adult congenital heart disease and ACHA by sharing our materials with your patients or at your ACHD program or event. These include our ACHA brochures, fact sheets, Personal Health Passport, Travel Guide and Living with ACHD guides.
We can provide up to 50 copies of any of these materials for free, and additional copies for a donation. Professional members get a discount on all materials. To see a complete list of available materials, click here. To order your materials, please email email@example.com and let us know what you need and when.
Order the Clinic Directory - or add an ACHD clinic to the Directory
You can order a copy of the current ACHA/ISACHD Clinic Directory. If you are interested in learning more about the Directory, adding a clinic or obtaining the survey materials, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. This is a critical resource for our patients, caregivers and providers.
