Philadelphia CHD Connections: Two Street Club

Come meet your local CHD community during April's Philadelphia CHD Connections event at Two Street Club on April 28, from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m. Representatives from ACHA will be in attendance and all CHD patients, family, friends, and medical providers are welcome to join. We look forward to welcoming new faces and seeing familiar ones as we connect with those in our community and share stories about our CHD journeys. Non-alcoholic refreshments and small bites will be provided.

Important Info: The venue is not ADA compliant. There are steps to utilize the bathroom, as they are in the basement. Also, street parking is available first come, first served.
