Join the Adult Congenital Heart Association (ACHA) on Monday, March 30, at the Panera at 12412 West Dodge Road in Omaha for a delicious way to make a difference! 25% of all orders from 4 p.m. - 8 p.m. that day will go directly to support ACHA’s mission to empower the congenital heart disease (CHD) community by advancing access to resources and specialized care that improve patient-centered outcomes.

From 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., join us for CHD Connections. CHD patients, family, friends, and medical providers are welcome to join representatives from ACHA for dinner at Panera to connect and share stories within our CHD community, while supporting this Dine for a Cause event on March 30. This event is family-friendly and free to attend, but you will be responsible for the cost of your food and beverages.
