Come out and join your CHD community in Kansas City on Tuesday, September 1st. CHD patients, family and friends of patients, and CHD medical staff are welcome to attend and meet with representatives of the Adult Congenital Heart Association that will be in attendance. We will be sharing stories and making connections that will strengthen our community.
