Adulting with CHD: Navigating from Pediatric to Adult Care

Focused on adolescents with congenital heart disease (CHD) and their parents, this event features a cardiology transition-topic scavenger hunt for patients, a heart-healthy cooking demonstration and several parent-focused sessions led by an adult patient, a psychologist, an adult CHD physician and our Texas Children’s cardiology team.

The event includes:
