At ACHA’s Heart to Heart Regional Conference, learn to thrive with adult congenital heart disease!

About this Event

The 2026 Heart to Heart Regional Conference brings together adults with congenital heart disease (CHD), caregivers, and healthcare professionals to hear the latest information about CHD and to build lifelong connections with one another and with the community. This free event will offer practical talks on issues important to daily life, including exercise, reproductive health, and emotional health. Hear from clinicians, fellow adults with CHD, and family members, and gain practical resources to improve your day-to-day life.

This special event is co-hosted by the Adult Congenital Heart Program at Stanford Medicine, a joint program between Stanford Health Care and Stanford Medicine Children’s Health, and the Adult Congenital Heart Association, in collaboration with the Stanford Health Care Patient and Family Advisory Council.

Registration begins at 9:00 a.m., and the program runs from 9:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. Afterward, enjoy a social hour from 12:30 p.m.–2:00 p.m.

We can’t wait for you to join our vibrant, connected, empowered, and diverse ACHD community.
