ACHA's Patient & Family Advisory Board will be hosting this virtual get-together, where you can connect with other members from your region in a casual and relaxed atmosphere. You will get to learn what ACHA is doing in your community and get a chance to let us know what you would like to see in your community. What activities and initiatives do you want in your area? What can we do better to increase awareness and membership in your region? We want to hear from you! Let’s work together to empower the CHD community.
This event will take place on December 6 at 7 p.m. local time for each region.
