Are you between 18-30 years old? Join this group of young adults to help you get ready for adult cardiac care. If you are already in adult CHD care, join this group of peers to support you as you navigate the new medical landscape ahead of you.

Note: This virtual event is open to young adult CHD patients nationwide.
