Ryan Dillard, BS
Ryan was born with multiple congenital heart defects and eventually was diagnosed as having Shone’s Complex. He had his first open heart surgery at 3 months old and his second at age 37. He’s lived a fairly active lifestyle from biking, snowboarding to running 10Ks all the while living with CHD. Ryan serves on Stanford Health Care’s ACHD Patient & Family Advisory Council.
Uduak Osom-Richardson, MA, CCC-SLP
Uduak was born with tetralogy of Fallot in Nigeria. She has three children, ages 22, 19 and 16. Uduak has had three open heart surgeries. In 2019, Uduak had her third surgery that included left lung graft and other complications due to complications from previous surgeries.
