Join the Southern California CHD community for socializing and fundraising for the Adult Congenital Heart Association. Sign up for this hands-on pie making class in preparation for Thanksgiving. Price includes: a three hour, hands-on class that teaches you about different types of pies and how to make the perfect crust. You will go home with a whole pie (made by you) as well as extra pie dough that you can use for your Thanksgiving pies. A light lunch and refreshments will be provided.
Class is taught by Emily Earhart, Le Cordon Bleu trained pastry chef and former head chef at POP Champagne & Dessert Bar and former pie maker at Mother Moo Creamery.
All proceeds benefit the Adult Congenital Heart Association in their efforts in CHD research and education.
