Join us for an afternoon of socializing with ACHD patients, family members and providers from 1 – 3 p.m.!
This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area. You'll also have the opportunity to meet ACHA Board Members and Heart to Heart Ambassadors.
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP before Wednesday, May 8th so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
