Adult Congenital Heart Disease in the 21st Century: Patient Day

This one-day program offers patients and their family members a comprehensive review of the evaluation, diagnosis and management of adult congenital heart disease and heart disease during pregnancy. Through a series of multidisciplinary lectures and breakout sessions,  the ACHD - Patient Day conference invites all participants over 13 years of age to learn more about congenital heart disease and interact with healthcare professionals in the field. Highlights of the program include a 3D Heart Model station for participants to view and interact with, Health, fitness and stress reduction examinations, innovations in the field, women's health issues, and neurocognitive challenges.
