Adult Congenital Heart Patients: Join us on Saturday, May 12th!

Granite City is located near Westroads Mall.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area!

Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP by Wednesday, May 9th so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
