Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on Sunday, September 23 from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.!
This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area. You'll also have the opportunity to meet ACHA staff member Kristin Edwards, Community Development Coordinator - Houston!
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP below by Friday, September 21 so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
