Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on Saturday, April 21st from 4 p.m. - 6 p.m.!

Firebirds Wood Fired Grill is located in StoneCrest Shopping Center.

This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area!

Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP by Wednesday, April 18, so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
