Adult congenital heart patients: Join us on October 20 from 3 p.m. – 5 p.m.!
This is a great opportunity to meet and network with other adult congenital heart patients in the area! You'll also have the opportunity to meet an ACHA Heart to Heart Ambassador!
Each attendee is responsible for purchasing his/her own drinks and appetizers. There is no cost or cover charge to attend the event. Please RSVP before Wednesday, October 17 so a final headcount can be obtained for the reservation.
