Director's Description
Our ACHD Program is one of the largest and oldest in the United States. Our patients receive state of the art care in an adult setting at one of the premier medical centers in the US. We perform our own congenital echocardiograms and arrhythmia evaluations within our ACHD Center. We have a satellite ACHD program on Long Island. We created a "fast track" program to assess need for pulmonary valve replacement during a single visit. We participate in multicenter research studies and we provide an AHA-sponsored lecture series in ACHD for cardiology Fellows throughout the NY metropolitan area.
