Director's Description
We have satellite clinics thorughout the catchment area. Our program provides a seemless transition of care across the age continuum; Pediatric Cardiac surgeons also perform surgery on the ACHD patient. We have close coordination with the Department of Maternal Fetal Medicine allowing us to collaborate closely. Work in concert with a support group that serves CHD patients and families of all ages, including a mentoring program and summer camp.
