Director's Description
The University of Arizona College of Medicine Congenital Cardiology programs are the only programs in Arizona that provide pediatric and adult clinical services "under the same roof" at Banner University Medical Center - Tucson. Our facilities allow adult and pediatric cardiology specialists to directly interact and consult on the multi-factorial, frequently complex conditions affecting adults living with congenital heart disease. In addition, research laboratories and scientists on campus are in close proximity to the clinical teams and frequently interact in research projects and conferences. This multi-disciplinary environment allows for the most comprehensive care for congenital cardiac conditions.
